Roland XV-2020

The Roland XV-2020 is the next-generation version of the JV-1010 and contains the sounds of the XV-3080 in a smaller, less editable, less expandable half-rack chassis.

With its tiny screen and lack of front-panel editing controls patches must be edited via a software editor. Editing software was released for both OSX and Windows 2000/XP.

The XV-2020 can be expanded via the Roland SRX series expansion boards and has two SRX expansion slots.
