The Proteus MPS (model #9030) contains the sounds of the Proteus/1 and Proteus/2 in keyboard form. It can store an additional 100 patches on an optional ZM348 RAM card (originally sold for $99). It can be upgraded to an MPS Plus via the #9035 4MB expansion ROM which was sold fort $299.

Preset cards containing 99 sounds and no waveforms were available for $99. These cards were released:
