The Mirage had a few variations during its production. The first version used an elongated steel chassis and a Pratt-Reed keybed. In the second version, the keyboard was replaced with one by Fatar and the buttons were replaced with smaller ones. In the third version, the chassis was shortened, the floppy drive was moved above the pitch and mod wheels, and a red stripe was added.
The Mirage uses CEM3328 chips for its filters.
